These terms govern access to badgerivulets.autos and studio bookings with Badger Ivulets Piano at Gladstonos 48, 3041 Limassol, Cyprus. By using the site or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Cypriot law applies, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Services

We offer adult piano lessons and practice-room hire. Descriptions on this site are informational. Fees, availability, and exact session length are confirmed when you book. We may decline bookings that fall outside our adult-focused programme or that risk damage to instruments.

Bookings and cancellations

Lesson and room reservations become binding once we confirm them by email or phone. Please give at least twenty-four hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee when the slot cannot be refilled. Repeated no-shows may lead to loss of standing reservations.

Studio conduct

Respect shared instruments, keep food outside practice rooms, and leave benches and lids as you found them. Do not admit unregistered guests into booked rooms without prior agreement. We may end a session early if equipment is mishandled or if behaviour disrupts other clients.

Text, branding, and photographs on this site belong to Badger Ivulets Piano or their respective owners. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. We aim for accurate information but may update hours, offerings, or contact details without prior notice on the website alone—confirmed bookings follow the communication you received.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website downtime or from personal property left on site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Cypriot law.
